Tokyo- more pictures to come...

**So how nasty is that? This is a public toilet in the air port...
** All Asian toliets look complicated!
** They have some super pretty sunsets..
** Preston at the entrance/exit to Tokyo Disney Sea as we were leaving..
** These buildings are so pretty, they're inside Tokyo Disney Sea

** I was just in love with this fountain and the lights surrounding it
** We didnt want to leave..

** We got a kick out of watching 'Max'.. he bolted out of the character area and just ran .. stopped at the ice cream stand for a second then ran again.. best part was watching the other disney worker chasing him around yelling his name..
** Stitch is big in Japan

** Infront of the Indiana Jones Ride- theres is better then the California one!

** Outside of the Indiana Jones Ride, this one is based on the Crystal Skull

** Our lunch... it was interesting.. my favorite part was the desert a pineapple mouse and mango sauce

** Its such a pretty park
** I loved the old style buildings

** That scarf thing came in way handy! We both have one now, all japanese wear them. They help in the heat..
** Killing time in line
** The Tower of Terror ... the ride is the same, but a different story line. This one has to do with an older man who explored some village in africa and was given a monkey shrine and it was evil. At least that is what we could pick up from the video clips... it was all in Japanese

** The entrance to Tokyo Disney Sea, isnt this a pretty place?!
** I absolutly LOVE this fountain.. the earth rotates around on this fountain as the water sprays i love it!
** Arent the windos awesome? Shaped like Mickey!
** The windows and hand grips on the monorail to take us to Tokyo Disney Sea
** The monorail that takes you to Tokyo Disney Sea

So from July 18 - July 23 Preston and I went to Tokyo for leave. It'd been over a year since we've had any vacation and we really really needed to just get away. The flights are short and cheap and we had found a cheap Military Hotel and we've always wanted to go to Tokyo, Japan and to Tokyo Disney and so we did it! Haha, Preston got his first stamps in his new Passport! Haha i was teasing him about it cause i have more stamps then him! Anyway, we had so so much fun there. It was A LOT more humid then we'd expected. You were always just dripping with sweat.. like youd just stepped out of the shower! It was always around 90% humidity! Even indoors you can feel the humidity. It would take about an hour for our hotel room to get cool and get rid of some of the humidity. We want to go back again one day, just not during the summer! Tokyo is more of an adult place then children. There just didnt seem much there for kids, its mostly stores like Armani, Dior, Prada and Luis Vatton everywhere ... we only saw 1 park and then disney land and disney sea for kids. Thier Disney is a lot like ours, mostly same rides. Their Indiana Jones is better haha ... but their parks our HUGE!!! It took us 30 min to get from one ride to another that was only half way across the park! By the time we'd get back to our hotel we'd be exhausted! And our legs were so soar- there are so many hills here! You walk up hill boths ways haha we decided it was Asians who came up with that saying as we do walk up hill both ways! So here are some of our pictures from Tokyo...

Picture Stories :)

**Preston driving us to Dague to wander the shopping areas for awhile.. window shopping is fun here
** Just got my left 2 wisdom teeth pulled, Preston couldnt stop laughing at how swollen my face got in 45 min!
** View from the Dentists Office
** HeHeHe my left side is so round!
** Yeah this is the toilet at the dentist office.. i've never seen so many buttons on a toilet. It has a button you can push when going to the bathroom that plays music! Its also washes your "undercarage"!! Am I the only one who thinks that is nasty?? A public "undercarage" washer!

** My newest recipe im playing with... potato wedges. I say 'playing with' because i've been taking recipes and after following directions the first time i alter them slightly to make it better if we dont really like the taste, or think its missing something... its fun to me! I've really gotten into cooking!!

** Preston playing x-box with Shandon and Tyler one day after work...

** I love how tall these shoes make me. Its nice to not have to look straight up when talking to Preston.
** Its kinda hard to tell, but there is a HUGE traffic jam right here- everyday in the morning, noon and at night... I wont miss this spot. Always accidents...

** The inside of my new wallet Preston got me! I love it!
** The outside of my new wallet. The chain comes off, but i love it on! Makes it easier to carry around!

** Prestons making Fried Icecream and the tortilla bowls! We've gotten the recipe down good! Hahaha
** The fried ice cream we made for a friend here. The guy asks me to cook something for him every 2 weeks on payday. He usually tells me what he wants then i give him a shopping list! Haha this was a part of the meal one time..

** Our cheeseburgers. Our indoor grill is the best investment we've made! I always wonder why we ever ate out, home cooked meals usually taste so much better!

** So this wire rack is by far my favorite kitchen item! I use it almost everyday! I set greasy foods on it so they can drip but not get soggy... i learned that by reading a fried chicken recipe! hahaha it works so good... I want more of these
** We need more counter space here... I hate having none... I miss having counters in our bathroom as well... Im not sure why they dont have any!

** My kitchen table looks like this every weekend after Rock Climbing! This outdoor Rock Climbing Wall is the best find here. Every Tuesday and Thursday we head out with a groupe of friends - Wallace, Allison, Helt, The Haynes, Holt, Garcia, Scarpone, Brenan, Powell, Sosa and a few new guys. We have lots of fun out there. Best part- its free! Haha

** Some of our friends from the Unit. From the left- Sharon Haynes and Jeffrey Haynes and then of course Preston...
** My Waffle... We usually have breakfast in bed on Sunday Morning... Good way to start our day
** Prestons waffle... Haha he likes his with only syrup, i like to try different stuff with mine..

So its been awhile again so ill just give a small update and then just post tons of pictures haha. Well Preston and I are supposed to leave Korea by 29 August 2010, however we still have NO ORDERS and so today we had to start the process of extending our stay in Korea. We have to extend somewhere between 60-90 days. Neither of us are happy about it, but there isnt much we can do. We're just trying to not let it bother us cause we wanted to get stateside, but it is hard. Other than that we've just been hanging out with our friends, working, and im really into cooking again.... I also have had 3 of my 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I had my right one out first, took almost 90 min. Tooth grew straight but root was at a 90 degree angle so it took forever, then last week i had my left ones removed and now friday i get the last one out! YAY! It has helped my headaches, i get very very few now, BUT my jaw feels like it was dislocated!
