So Preston just turned 24 on Monday!! We didnt get to celebrate his birthday until Tuesday though - which was okay since it was Monday in the states haha - because Preston had a PT Test on Tuesday Morning and we didnt really think that a big dinner and cake and all would be too good the night before his PT Test. Preston did pass his test! So Tuesday after Prestons lunch I went home and decorated the house some, made a cake, and started our dinner. After Preston got off work we went to "The Wall" - aka: rock climbing - with a group of people from the Unit. I took pictures, then left about an hour after I got there to go finish making dinner. Then I went and picked up Preston so we could go home and celebrate his birthday! I made him steak, potatoes, corn, rolls, chocolate dipped strawberries and his birthday cake! We ate and watched movies and hung out. It was a nice dinner- we actually were able to relax and enjoy our time together. We're both always busy, it sometimes becomes hard to just sit and hang out. So it was awesome!
Tomorrow I have to go get my wisdom teeth on the ride side pulled... im scared! I know, I know you're all probably going "Why are you scared?!" ... Im scared because my bottom right wisdom tooth looks straight but the root actually is at a 90 degree angle. They have to cut away part of the bone to be able to remove the root. I could've just let them cut the tooth and wait to see if the root would 'float' but that would cause me more problems... so im getting it all removed! Im going to a Korean Dental Clinic off-post! The doctor went to school at Columbia University and speaks perfect English. His name is something like Kenneth... walking into his office you wouldnt know he was a Korean Doctor. He is also TriCare Certified- meaning the Military Insurance Company approves him for our use.. Haha, the only give away - besides the fact he and his nurses are all Korean - is that like most Korean Shops, there is both a Coffee Maker and Tea Brewer in the waiting room! Haha Koreans LOVE coffee (or copy as they pronounce it) and of course tea!
We STILL have no orders! Its getting really annoying. We have LESS then months! Oh gosh time has moved so fast! It feels like just last week i was back in the states trying to get things together so i could move here! We've enjoyed our time in Korea-but its time to move on....
