Walks

Its kinda dark, but that house always gives me the creeps... its a VERY old Korean home that is by our 'old' apartment here

Haha on our walk last night we came upon this fort. It made us laugh- some Soldiers had also made some mini-snowman by Prestons Office.. but they ran them over with a Humvee before I could back there with my camera haha
Just a shot of the road outside post.. the sidewalks are not the best.. they are uneven and lose- I still cant figure out how the women can walk on the sidewalks with their high heels
That sign is the sign to warn you of a speed bump. they have speed bumps all over the place. That sign reminds me of a turtle haha
We live right off of 'The Strip' here in Waegwan.. its all clubs and resteraunts and a few shops.. its fun to walk it..
The name makes me nervous to try it.. haha, we actually dont know anyone who has eaten there.. usually they are just playin pool..
Another random club- Who Are You?
Can you find what wrong in this picture?? Haha, Koreans tend to spell many things wrong here. There are also many shirts that have American 'phrases' on them- but they usually dont make any sense and are spelt incorrectly..

So Preston and I have made a New Years Resolution to get into better shape. We had been doing really good about hitting the gym and eating better up until the end of November.. just never had anytime. Well we made it a goal, and we've been doing a lot better the last week. We've started going on walks/jogs every night. Its been fun, but the last 2 days its been colder then ever! Haha, we had that snow storm Monday, its still on the ground, but has turned pretty much to ice. Everyone keeps slipping and sliding.. Yesterday on our walk, we went to post, walked around then were walking home and we see the 2 soldiers walking ahead of us... at the gate they have these baracade things made of metal, which collected some ice over the day. These 2 guys walked over it and both fell at the same time- so funny to watch! Shockingly I have yet to fall (knock on wood haha).. We've started carrying our camera with us everywhere we go. It lives in my purse now haha. We decided that we need to take more pictures of things here, we will leave Korea this year... It really still hasnt stuck that we're really living in S.Korea.. But we love it here, and the Koreans. Some of the nicest people we've ever met..
